2002 SVT F-150 Lightning: Clunking noise?

When I pull out of my driveway (which is at a 20-25 degree incline) the truck makes a clunking sound that appears to be coming from the bottom front end, and on one occasion it vibrated. The truck makes the same sound when I steer hard left. I would really appreciate your input on what this problem might be. Thank you.
