Does Anybody Live In Monroe or Sultan, Washington! Or know about..?

Okay, last night I was driving home 12:30am. I live on Trout Farm Road. When I was ping Osprey Park or whatever, I saw tons of cops & sheriff's with their spotlights on. Cops all the way from the park, to my house. A Co worker told me they were looking for a murderer, but I cannot find anything on the news. WHAT HAPPENED!!
