Will God hear my prayers always?

sometimes i get these bad emotions and thoughts about Jesus! i know there not tthe truth ! and everytime i pray i feel like he dont wanna hear me or help me? what do i do? will he hear mer? does he love me? these thoughts are mean name calling. :( plus i think i have ocd?
