If i put snow tires on all 4 wheels in a RWD car will it be as good as a FWD??HELP PLEASE?

No, laws of physics. The wheels that are spinning the fastest will always try to be in front. Meaning that if your back tires are spinning and your front tires are not the car will twist sideways while trying to move the back tires in front of the front ones. But this does make for a lot of fun in an empty parking lot.
