What are some anime that are good?

I have watched so many anime series i have lost track on how many. I am a fan of majority of the types of anime except mecha and im am up on the popular ones like naruto, bleach, etc So what are some good ones to watch. Anything is fine as long as its not intended for kids under the age of 12 and anime that's is mainly for girls as the target audience
