Just had an eye test, can somebody tell me what these mean please?

right is slightly worse. You are slightly nearsighted (the -1.25 part means you near focal length is just under 1 meter) with a slight amount of astigmatism - cornea is more football shaped than spherical. No big deal. I would think you would be about 20/40 without correction.
