Is Tiger Woods experiencing a Bit of Fate now?

I want to hear your opinions on this. Consider: Tiger Woods is suspected of DUI, has a domestic disturbance at 2am involving his wife (she is white) trying to possibly ault him, possible infidelity, and "shirking the po-po"- his words for not talking to the cops. Does this officially make him a black athlete? Speak on it!
