I need help this is literally driving me insane, memory problems?

i have some kind of memory problems. someone can tell me they are going to do something. give me most of the info. and ill forget, but after it happens i sometimes remember. even if someone had hypothetically scripted an entire night and told me most of the key things that were going to happen. (a while before the night) i would forget it all until it happened. WHY? i also am very prone to doing what people tell me. not ordering me. but if they told me they were going to do something and then gave me a couple things that they think was going to be my reaction. i would do them with out realizing until i think back and remember what they said. WHY? its really hard to explain, please answer maturely this is my life.
