How does one become a screenwriter (a.k.a) a script writer?

I have always loved movies, and it would be fantastic to be apart of them. I have always loved writing and I am thinking of going into this field. I know it's a tough business to break into, but it just seems so fascinating! So I researched this, yet no site gave me information on how to become one :(
