How do i get my exgirlfriend to like me again?

we went out for 1 year 5 months and we only split up just to take a brake for a while. we said we could see other people and to this day we both sware to eachother we are in love with eachother. i just feel like she doesnt like me nearly as much and i feel she likes me alot more when we hang out and she likes me less when we arent chillin. like she went on vacation and i feel like she likes me less. what do i do? i love her so much and she still says we will go out again. please dont say move on. just tell me what i should do about feeling not liked as much and how it could change.
