Howz a libra guy is like?

im a water sign cancer whoz jus so likes committment n dating an air sign... u usually don even go 4 frndship with air sign as they r so untrustworthy they get confused n confuse ppl... but im caught with feeings on this libra guy who jus seem like me whoz scared of hurt,whos sensitive may not be more than me, and so caring.. but what disturbs me is knowing him... hez not really so outgoing as all other signs are.. infact i was more talkitive n expressed myself than him.. he talks with so many gals n make frnds with so i jus donno whether can i trust him or is he pretending... he never made me feel as spl as i expect him 2 be... do he treat me like a random other gals? or is it his nature? but ya hez so caring nd we r jus on with calls nd texting 24/7. nd as libra guys so far i understood is they r poor at taking decisions... so how his decision gonna be with me by considering all the above things. our relation is jus till dating nd knowing eachother but as im a cancer women showing much involvement nd committment than him...
