DMV HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok I live in California(bay area) I have a few tickets on my driving record so progressive and Allstate are trying to charge me alot. My ? is do you no of any small insurance company's that maybe wont charge so much. Please no jokes,Thank you
