Does anyone know what might make you wake up with a head ache every morning ?

I have been waking up with a bad headache every morning for the last few days and my neck hurts too and also behind my eye .I thought I had read somewhere before that high blood pressure will sometimes cause this.My blood pressure is pretty normal but I am supposed to take a diuretic for edema but sometimes I forget.Any ideas ? Thanks.
