A Gamer in need of Some Help, Please!?

Ok i'm a video gamer and i'm currently on the new game, Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, and it's on XBOX 360 and i am having trouble figuring out how to get p the last section in the Dragon City. It's where Spyro and Cinder are trying to find the red crystals for the dragon statues so the gate will open and i have gotten 3 except the last 1 which deals with the bright purplish gates with a face on them. And i hav tried everything that is in my disposal even the eclectrial switch that can be activated by Spyro's electric power. So if any gamer is a whizz a this game, i would really like your tip on ping this obsticle.
