How does Mick Foley get away with saying trademarked wwe stuff on tna programming but the others dont?

Like when Mick first came in he used the names such , Shawn Michaels, Triple H , Undertaker, Edge, and also mention wrestlemania and hell in a cell , but anybody else got away with like , BG and Kip James was doing a program challenge triple h and shawn michaels to come to tna and fight they had to use there real names cuz other wise they'd get into legal issues the same as the ECW originals cant say ECW
