sounds like you would be the perfect person to get a Phoenix bird tattoo... in the legend, this bird is consumed by fire at the end of the day when the sun goes down, and then as the son comes up they rise from their ashes and start anew. sounds just like you! even through all of that stuff you are still here and still going strong bc you are better than that.
