Western legends that didnt shoot anyone?

ok so i am doing a project in prescott arizona with make a wish foundation and it is a gala to raise funds and its a wetern legends theme...i was thinking of having big pictures of influential western legends that did good things for the community or children..but its hard to find one that didnt shoot anyone or prostitute...?? if i could get any help form anyone i just need names and i can google from there..i appreciate it so much thanks tasha
