Who is more of an affirmative-action baby: George W. Bush or Barack Obama?

I hear many of Obama's detractors refer to him as an "affirmative action baby," implying that he only got accepted into Columbia undergraduate and Harvard Law because of his skin color, but I wonder, let's look at his predecessor, George W. Bush: Bush graduated high school with a C average and 1206 on his SAT (a good, but not phenomenal score on his SATs, well below the 1300+ normally expected for a regular applicant), he went to Yale, majored in history and graduated with a C average, but still got accepted into Harvard Business School ---now, we all know that people from rich, dynastic families, e.g., The Kennedys, The Bushes, The Rockefellers, have long been admitted into hyper-selective universities not based on grades, but on connections ---so, who is the bigger affirmative-action baby here?
