Why is the media trying to create sympathy for the terrorist group (Hamas)?

That's the only the tip of the iceberg. The media has been ignoring over 4000 rockets sent by Hamas into the civilian population of Sredot, Israel for over two years. The minute Israel defends itself, they go wild. They have an agenda -- and it pretty much follows the United Nation's agenda, anti-Western, anti-Democracy, pro-nonWhite, anti-Capitalism (remember how they attacked Joe the Plumber when Obama said the magic Socialist phrase, "Spread the wealth"?).
