Is she suffering from narcissistic disorder or borderline disorder?

my mother, a 58 years old woman has always have a turbulent personality, she has a really explosive temper and can say really mean words. She has a reputation of a 'sharp' mouth, many times she has hurted people deeply with words, she is also physcially violent. There are many times she can be really nice to a person but soon or later she gets 'tired' of them and start to hate them. Her life is full of anger and chaos, she thrives when there are arguments. Many relalative have cut their tie with her. She don't seem to think that she has any problem because everything she says was out of 'honesty'... she had a really bad childhood, her mother was physically and emotionally abusive towards her. She seems to lack sympathy to others. do you think she is suffering from NPD or BPD?
