My head feels weird with sharp pain in my chest?

my head always feels funny. i have anxiety/panic and lately thats what has been happening and i have been having this real sharp pain in my chest and it hurts but i don't think it can be my heart nor lungs since i had an EKG and a Chest X-rays including a blood tests. its all just so uncomfortable and i don't know if this physical or what? can anyone give me some notion that it can be something besides anxiety and a panic disorder because lately the only things i seem to have anxiety on is on how i feel with the whole chest pain and weird head trip antsy feelin. please let me know if anyone feels like this.oh and i get a lot of pins and needles inside skin twitch everywhere in my body from time to time.
